MTF ACO Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for shopping with MTF ACO. This policy explains how we process, fulfill, and ship orders, including in-stock products, preorders, and products awaiting inventory arrival.
By placing an order with MTF ACO, you acknowledge the applicable processing and fulfillment conditions described below.
Order Processing
Except as otherwise stated on our website, in-stock orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and other circumstances.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships, if the shipping method supports tracking.
Please note: Our standard processing timeframe does not apply to preorders, incoming inventory, or products with special fulfillment notices.
Preorder Fulfillment
Certain products available on MTF ACO may be listed as Preorder. These products are not currently available for immediate shipment and may not yet have been released or received by our suppliers.
By purchasing a preorder product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Preorder products will not ship until the product has been released, received by MTF ACO, and prepared for fulfillment.
- Any estimated release, arrival, or shipping date is subject to change.
- Delays may occur due to manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, shipping carriers, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Payment may be collected at checkout, even though the product will ship at a later date, as disclosed during purchase.
- Once your preorder arrives and is ready for fulfillment, you will receive an email and/or text notification with an update regarding your order.
- Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Preorder Fulfillment Disclaimer
Although we make reasonable efforts to secure preorder inventory, preorder fulfillment is not guaranteed until inventory has been received and allocated to your order.
Manufacturer cancellations, supplier shortages, allocation reductions, or other unforeseen circumstances may prevent an order from being fulfilled.
If we cannot fulfill your preorder, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable product to your original payment method.
Incoming Inventory / Awaiting Fulfillment
Some products listed on MTF ACO may have already been ordered or purchased from manufacturers, distributors, retailers, or other suppliers but have not yet physically arrived in our inventory.
These products may be labeled:
- Incoming Inventory
- Awaiting Inventory
- Ordered — Awaiting Arrival
- Pending Fulfillment
These listings are different from standard preorders because the inventory has already been ordered or purchased by MTF ACO, but has not yet arrived at our fulfillment location.
By purchasing an incoming-inventory product, you acknowledge that:
- The product is not currently available for immediate shipment.
- Your order will remain pending fulfillment until the inventory arrives.
- Any expected arrival or shipping dates are estimates and may change.
- Supplier shipping delays, carrier issues, inventory discrepancies, or cancellations may affect availability.
- You will receive an email and/or text update when your product arrives and is being prepared for shipment.
- Tracking information will be provided once the package has shipped.
Incoming Inventory Disclaimer
Even when inventory has already been ordered or purchased by MTF ACO, successful delivery to our fulfillment location cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
Unexpected supplier cancellations, damaged shipments, lost packages, or inventory shortages may occasionally prevent fulfillment.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable product.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not when the order was originally placed.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Supplier or fulfillment delays
- Other events outside our reasonable control
For preorders and incoming-inventory products, delivery estimates shown at checkout do not include the time required for the product to arrive at MTF ACO unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders when displayed at checkout.
Orders containing products with different fulfillment timelines may be shipped together once all items become available, unless separate shipments are arranged.
Any additional shipping charges for separately shipped orders will be disclosed before they are charged.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link, if applicable.
Tracking information may take some time to become available or update after your shipping confirmation is issued.
For preorders and incoming-inventory products, tracking will not be available until your package has been prepared and shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping is not currently available unless specifically offered at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct shipping information before your order is dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, address modifications may no longer be possible.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us.
We will assist you in reviewing tracking information and contacting the appropriate shipping carrier when necessary.
Please retain packaging materials and provide photographs of damaged items when applicable.
Any refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
For in-stock products, changes may be possible before shipment.
For preorders and incoming-inventory products, cancellation requests may be submitted before fulfillment. Applicable cancellation and refund terms will be governed by the product listing, our refund policy, and applicable law.
We will communicate any material delays or fulfillment problems and provide available options, including cancellation and refund where required.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund for the unavailable items.
Refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
Important Fulfillment Notice
Not all products sold on MTF ACO are available for immediate shipment.
Please review each product’s description and fulfillment status before placing an order.
Products marked Preorder, Incoming Inventory, or Awaiting Fulfillment may require additional time before shipping.
Purchasing one of these products does not mean it is currently in our physical possession.
